(no subject)

As geeky as it may sound, my thing is reading and writing fanfics. I don't know why, it's just a wonderful little way for one to escape the trials and tribulations of real life, I guess...

Writer's Block: AIDS Walk

Do you think there will be a cure for AIDS in your lifetime? Why or why not?

No, I honestly don't. Sadly.
The reason for this is the fact that the medicinal companies make too much money off of this horrible disease, so the conspiracy theorest in me thinks that the search for the cure will not be found until it can pay off enough for the people in charge .- or to take it to the next level, maybe the cure is already found but not released to the general public for the before mentioned reason...

I don't know, but I do know that the most important thing in the world to most people is money, and until that changes; no, I don't think there's gonna be a cure...

Giving up---

Okay, so I'm officially quitting LJ as a means to post any of my writing. Simply because I've been posting one of my Veronica Mars fanfictions over at the chosen community or whatever and no matter how many times I try, I just can't get the damned lj.cut to work properly and I've been trying since it suddenly stopped working in may or june I think it was.

I'll still be around to read all of your great stories and i'll comment on them (as long as the comment doesn't become so long that I need a lj cut lol).

So --that's it really.

Have a nice weekend people.

Help me please!

Hi everybody.

I'm finally (sort of) getting an idea about how to post on LJ. I have always found it very difficult.
Now, I'm posting a multichapter fic (or that's my intention, anyway), and I can't for the life of me figure out how to put in the little link in the first chapter that automatically takes you to the next etc.

On the pages it usually looks like (1) (2) and so forth. I think I'm supposed to do something with Tags, but after having read whatever guides I could get me hands on, I'm officially begging for help from you, who're obviously a lot more into this site than me.

Oh, and if one does in fact answer, please remember that I'm Danish, so long complicated explanations will probably result in tears and hair ripping on my end;)

Thanks in advance!

Writer's Block: Three-day weekend

Do you prefer to spend a three-day weekend chilling at home or hitting the road?

I would mix it up. I love chilling at home and being as lazy as humanly possible - watching a great show, eating something even greater and stuff like that. But hitting the road is a passion of mine as well,
Two generations in my family have been long distance truck drivers and despite me being a caretaker in a nursing home, some of their need to move is in my blood too.

So to make a long story short : Both;)
